BioHi.
I love life. My life, to be exact. I'm not a perfect person, and I wasn't designed to be. I'm a goof-off, a world class nut who sees the world as just one big adventure waiting to be explored. I love my family, and I love my friends. I should hope the feeling is mutual. One of these days I'll get around to asking. If you're looking for a blog filled with exciting stories, this is not the place for you. I write what I find interesting, and in most cases, what I find interesting does not appeal to the rest of the world. But that's perfectly okay with me, because the rest of the world doesn't own this journal. I do.
Here are ten random things you should probably know about me:
1. I love music.
2. I do not, under any circumstances, discuss religion or politics. With anyone. So don't even ask me about it.
3. I generally do not care what other people think about me.
4. I have strange dreams that I sometimes write about; do not be alarmed - it's all a part of my life.
5. Chances are, you're smarter than me, so don't bother quizzing me about stuff.
6. I write and read (and even, on occasion, beta read) fanfic, and I'm proud to say so.
7. Somewhere, in an alternate universe, I'm having a hot and steamy affair with Johnny Depp (recurring dream).
8. I love shopping at thrift stores.
9. Kids irritate me. I don't have them, never have had them, and don't plan on ever having them. (Disclaimer: I know some of you out there love kids. However, that has nothing to do with me, and so I refuse to apologize for the way I feel. Thanks.)
10. Eye-ay eek-spay oo-ent-flay ig-pay attin-lay.
11. I took the name of my journal from John Mayer's debut album. (I also wanted to see if you were paying attention. At the beginning of this intro, I told you there were 10 random things you should know about me. I threw in this last one as a bonus.)
